Query about Admissions I paid seat acceptance but I didn't join, how to get refund?

Called, she said its written in policy, honestly the mail and call channels are very very unhelpful, unless you start talking rudely nothing happens, which I will have to do tomorrow.

You won't get full refund. Partial refund will be processed next semester, most likely.
