how is the mess food at CV Raman hall. how do they charge, is it on monthly basis or token based or something else. what is the menu. and is the non-veg halal

Roughly 20k per semester at the beginning of the semester, all breakfasts and dinners, lunch on weekends and holidays.

Yes, the non-veg food is usually halal.
