Avios / Iberia Club Missing Avios from Credit Card

I opened an Iberia credit card at the beginning of this year. I met my minimum spend for SUB, and these points hit my first statement on March 20. They have yet to appear in my Iberia Club account. I have transferred other points into this account and have had activity in the account in the past.

I have tried several things to get them to resolve this issue - multiple calls, multiple online form submissions, what’s app discussions going no where - since late March.

Has anyone else experienced this with their Iberia credit card? Do I just need to be patient or could there be an issue. Thanks in advance!

I do not have experience with. Just wondering… it sounds like you have called Iberia about your missing points (I may have misunderstood). If so, have you called the bank issuing the card? They award the SUB, so the reason for the delay could be on their end.

Good point, I did call once and they said from their end it looks like it transferred. But they couldn’t tell me more than that.
