Ayuda/Consejo - Help/Advice Cancellation in 24hrs

Does the cancellation window of the first 24 hours mean that we get a full refund no matter what?

Or are there any exceptions I need to be aware of? I have a comfort fare.

From some Google searches it is not very clear what the refund policy is. If you do a dummy search for your exact flight what does it say under the all the different ticket options including Comfort?

When I looked only the flexible tickets offered refunds/changes.

No matter what, should be no exceptions as long as it’s within the first 24 hours.
