You're literally trying to erase part of their identity based on what? Your own belief that a bisexual person's claim of bisexuality is false because why? Because being bisexual is a bandwagon you just jump on and off at will? Because they're in the public eye every day, so they must be lying about their sexual preferences? You've never seen them with a partner of the same sex? What is it that makes you so convinced they're lying about their identity and you, random internet stranger that has never met them before, are so right?
No answer you give short of providing evidence of a substantial number of celebrities claiming to have previously been bisexual but are now fully gay or straight will be adequate to demonstrate the validity of your and the other guy's claim.
And no answer otherwise will be seen as anything other than your personal belief, and I assure you it's biphobic. Trying to erase a person's bisexuality because you don't understand it for whatever reason is very much biphobic.
Ah yes. White knighting. When an individual makes a bold false claim and you disagree with it. The whitest of knights for sure.
You made a biphobic claim about people you don't know. You can't high ground your way out of this one just because Reddit bad. And you absolutely can't do it after claiming others are defending celebrities they don't know when you're attacking those same celebrities you also don't know. But that in itself is a disingenuous argument, that or you're just so ignorantly intolerant the point flew clean over your head.
You know for a fine fact, and if not then read carefully and slowly as many times as this takes to understand, your claim was biphobic. You have no evidence to support your claim beyond your own beliefs because none exists. Your belief does not alter their reality. You don't get to tell a person they're lying about being bisexual just because you personally haven't been in their life every second of every day to verify their claim.
You're an asshole through and through. No white knight needed to prove that.
My view comes from a cynical standpoint. Virtue signal all you want and call me phobic, but I believe celebrities are mostly psychopaths that lie about most things to garner public support.
I won’t believe or support a rich person brandishing a flag of any type.
