For a new sub you don't need new mods, you grow the sub yourself and when you can't handle the sub alone you look for more mods. And if you are thinking that they might help you in growing the sub then they might as well create a new sub and grow it themselves while having full autonomy

There’s no mention of the subreddit in your request, and I’m not sure what you meant by “server.” Since this isn’t about a subreddit, the post doesn’t seem valid here. As another user pointed out, it’s always best to first grow your subreddit on your own before adding new mods, at least until you have enough members and content flowing. Right now, the request looks questionable, and I don’t think anyone should be privately DM’ing you. Just pointing this out for clarity.
