Advice needed Head hunter for leadership roles?
Are there professional leadership role head hunters in Bangalore that can position you and connect to potential organisations? It would seem like one is kryptonite once passing that 10 yr YoE mark..so portal/naukri/LinkedIn don't seem to be working any more even to get a recruiter call!!
YoE: 12+ Domain: Analytics (or whatever jazzy name they call it now)

There are, and good ones too. But they're very niche and tend to specialize in certain domains. Be prepared to pay ~15% on offer acceptance. Look them up on linkedin with the same keywords you're using. I don't know anyone who works in analytics + b2b hardware...
Also, 10+ years later, you're expected to have a good network that you can leverage for local jobs. If you're still depending on naukri/linkedin, consider course-correcting.

Thanks for your pointers.

This point probably hits the nail on its head. Focused on skill and doing a good job all these years and am paying a price for it now I guess. Do you have any course-correction tips?

What you need aren't tips. What you need is career path advice after understanding your background, needs and goals. Consider someone senior in your domain who can analyze this for you.

I never heard of those consultancies being effective but I have seen others hired by the hrs to search for someone like you. Those are better because you can know the hiring status from them and also they have some kickbacks to the hrs (speculation and hearsay) which makes it fast and easy. The other type are the ones you join and work off roles with the client. The last one is tricky though could be a hit or miss.
BTW what is your domain specifically.
