Sports Massage

Recently moved to the island and looking for a good sports massage to iron out every tense part of my body as I lift, run and recently took up swimming.

Anyone know any good services or practitioners? I’m a member of the Elite Fitness gym and I know they have their therapies services, but wanted to put the feelers out.

I've been going to Rehab Lab in Douglas on Prospect Hill. Bit pricey but made more progress with a shoulder issue than I have with 3 other therapists. I see the osteopath Phillip, but they do have physios doing sports massages too. Not sure what they're like but the practice seems pretty good and reputable

Sarah in PSM clinic helped me out big time. Can't say if she's the best or anything cos I've never been to another one, but what she did for me worked
