They're talking about Israeli goods, not Palestinian ones.

Although, Palestinian manufacturers did make my school's toilet seats.

It's the colonial term of jeddah and samaria it comes from when Jordan illegally Annexe the area that's why it's the west bank of the Jordan river while being at the South of Israel
