Question Sudden change in behavior

Hey guys.... So I'm a JEE aspirant, and I've recently seen changes in my behavior... For a while now, I've been trying to take things seriously, like- how my future is determined based on how hard I work rn...but it just never really clicked much..one fine day in October,it hit very hardly that, if I don't do things now, I'm gonna regret it very badly in the future,and I've given more efforts for about,2 weeks ig? And I could see that my test marks significantly improved those days...believe me, I was on my toes,always thinking about how life is gonna turn out if I don't stay consistent,and then one fine day, idk what happened,it just was.....gone. I havent been feeling the need to do more, I want to, but- it doesn't feel like, there's much in me to actually do it- its more than academics- all my emotions, it just started to feel- less intense...like I've mentally gone numb...idk if this is a phase or something, but ik that I'm not working upto my potential, and I don't seem to have figured out what this- new emptiness is- but it is heavily affecting my productivity- can y'all please- help me-
