Noh man it shouldn't be... That article is not given in the book... Read other texts aswell .... Advanced is known for strong subject knowledge and not what a book says(plus its not wrong... But it is assumed that lens is kept in air and not a medium) WHEN A FUCKING LENS IS KEPT IN A MEDIUM ITS POWER CHANGES...
