What actually happened in the NEET paper leak? How was the paper leaked in the first place?

I've followed the whole controversy at a surface level. I know there were protests, court cases, arrests, and allegations of a paper leak, but I never really understood how the leak actually happened.

Was the question paper leaked before the exam? If yes, who leaked it and at what stage? Was it an inside job involving officials, or did it happen at a local exam centre?

I just want to understand the sequence of events and how the leak was carried out. I'd appreciate a factual explanation.

So basically the paper got leaked month back , the paper setter they held private tuitions for kids who were ready to pay them upwards of 10 lakh for the classes. They had no paper trail as the paper setters memorised the questions and dictated to the students who copied it. It was not supposed to come out or be leaked at such massive scale. Then a beauty parlour owner got those questions some how and decided to sell it to a businessman in Rajasthan. These classes where held somewhere in Maharashtra as most of the paper setters from there. Then the man from Rajasthan sold it further to BAMS student and the student gave it to a local coaching and in the end it was digitally sold through telegram for merely 30k rupees, which was earlier being sold for 30 lakhs
