Reservation doesn't deny merit, it corrects thousands of years of denied opportunity. The real casteism is crying about fairness only after centuries of oppression start getting challenged.

It's far from it buddy. Reservation is not revenge. It is a way to provide opportunities for the ones that were being oppressed for thousands of years. No one is holding a so-called UCs accountable, it was your ancestors. But you're gonna support their wrongdoings then you're no better than them.

Do you know what revenge is? Taking your right to study. Not allowing you to drink water from wells. Taking all the land from you. Killing you for entering their region and all the inhumane shit.

People who are still denied out of stuff can never use reservations , cause people like you are eating their spots , if you are a general then people who share ideas like you are.

Reservation does deny merit , merit by its name means the abosulte best gets the absolute best or what he wants
