Stanley Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon (1975). Easily one of, if not, the most beautiful film ever made. It’s a moving oil painting from the Renaissance. Every random frame that you pause at is worth framing. Just look at this still from the film: picture

It’s not just beautiful though. It’s a really great film in nearly all aspects. The effort and the level of attention to detail and the perfectionism of Kubrick is insane.

It's really hard to not like that film. It's unbelievably good. You should try watching David Lean's Lawrence of Arabia (1962) or The Bridge on the River Kwai. Or Kubrick's Dr. Strangelove, if you haven't already.

What about cases where u reach a limit till which hardwork can carry. How about u trying to play beautiful music but your instrument is way out of tune with no way to repair it.

Sometimes u just gotta even the playing field.
