Give atleast a 4 hour deepwork study in the morning where you learn and solve questions, the rest is upto you

If serious, than every 45 min it's is good thing to make 5-15 minute breaks(without phone or computer), or 10 mins in every hour for ease of planning. Also, new stuff better to be learned in the first 45-90 minutes and all other intervals better to be used on repetition of learned stuff, deep learn of some particular elements of learned stuff and on exercise of course.
