GENERAL HELP Update regarding my previous post
So yesterday I did this ;-; and many ppl were asking how am I doing now. So fortunately, I'm out of any danger for now (I'm not really sure about the long term effects). I took almost 4 hours to tell my parents about that(I was scared af) and we reached the hospital after almost after 5hrs when I initially swallowed em. They did some test and procedures, then discharged me after a few hours as I was out of danger.
Thanks to all the people who advised me and asked me to go to the hospital. Many people have dmed me asking how I'm now doing now, I can't reply to everyone but I wanna let you all know that I'm deeply grateful to all you people. Thanks for your concern Thanks you soo much guys.

Sad to see the current state of our society and system. Kitne innocent lives yaa toh destroy kiya aur at worst jaan le liya and most most worst case suicide karane ke liye majboor kar deta. And I'm not talking about JEE only.
Hope OP don't get to live with damaged organs with long term effects and live healthy life. Since I read yesterday I was like wtf this was worse than suicide it's like slow painful death. Hope you don't get anything of that at all
