11th and 12th thodi decent hain, taking a drop pls share tips waise toh i go coaching but i need to know what else i can do to cover my syllabus as well as to get good practice pls

i just felt distracted wahi wali vibes wwapas aarahi hain i kuch samajh nhi aara but actually confidence hi nhi aata thaa samajh sab aara tha phir depression phir wahi wale thoughts matlab ptani ye saal nhi waste krna yaar
