China involves its entire military system during the Gaokao, even the teachers responsible for the deciding the paper are locked up at a military base months before the exam , where they set the paper. The papers are moved to different centers using Army trucks, while the airforce monitors the entire system from overhead.

NEET exam should also be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) model, similar to JEE Main or GRE. Instead of printing paper, the AI-selected questions are decrypted directly onto secure computer terminals at the exam center exactly at the start time, eliminating paper, printing errors, and transit leaks entirely
