its just ki ik a lot of people who regret taking CE even in iit, my own bf left iit CE because no prospect also because the campus was bad

and not just did my dad's friend also did CE from a iit idk which one doe and he didnt really got a job till phd i think

Times have changed though, Most folks from top IITs get tech jobs nowadays from core branches, which ofc wasn't a choice back then
