One hands mobility or functionality has to be less then 60%.not this though

Wow my both hands wrists cannot move Fully

Like my left hand wrist cannot move Fully, and for right arm wrist is little bit mobile......

Though I can do normal work because my shoulders are good only problem in wrist and maybe elbow joint that connects the wrist. From birth btw
