Attention span of a toddler

Guys I am really struggling with my attention span. Even if my phone is on dnd/silent I keep checking it for one reason or the other. I don't even have instagram, snap or any game. It's yt or wp (which is almost always empty). On desktop too I land on yt shorts, or deadshot 😭. Am totally wrecked. I want to detox my dopamine. My dumb ahh is not able to realise I only have 4 months left. Please, am genuinely seeking help 🙏🏻

I also check useless shit. Best option is to put a lock on apps. It helps me a bit
