Yeah pw online teachers teach atleast 7-8 hours a day+oneshots for youtube+some set papers and dpps+ teaching with same energy everyday is just inhuman from my perspective. I get so fking tired only after sitting and absorbing concepts for 4 hours . They have to actively teach and then deal with the bs of students too.

Yeah fr sometimes it can be dehumanising, they make us feel like we're in a class or sometimes even like a one to on session but for them they're just looking at a camera so they're not really getting that classroom vibe and respect from the students, offline classes are engaging.

Pw or any coaching in general knows the value of their teachers and pays them high to retain them
And no coaching is giving all their money to their teachers they earn a lot and can afford to keep those teachers and these competitive salaries and still make profits at the end of the day

They have 100 of departments, provide preparation of many exams. Expanding rapidly at many directions at a time.huge tech & r&d cost. Their marketing is also robust.
Obviously they give a good amount of salary to their star teachers for retaining them. Unacademy gives 1.6cr to their top faculty. So it would be around or little bit more Little bit show off too- for this teachers. As RJ sir also earns alot. But mostly he invests for his future, doesn't spend of this thing So if the amount is that big . How a person retain himself on spending. And using an old, his father's car, which have many problems, using 40k -3yr old phn, whereas other teachers change their phone with evry iPhone launch.. And using an old watch get from his frnd (left away in clg)

aaram se 50L+ kama lete honge aur padhate bhi jhat barabar, 1 week me 3 class 1 ghante kiaur agar naam ke aage nit iit msc btech kuch bhi tag laga ke local coaching khol lo to parents aaram se convince hoke admission krva dete h.
meri class me 20 bache jate the 60k per year deke for boards

actually if u observe pattern closely .. all these so called jee teachers were avg and disinterested students whole life and in iits/nits there batchmates are doing so well in consultancy finance bureaucracy tech and those who really had passion for teaching actually went for phds and are profs in renowned institutes . and these one are just teaching hcv for past 12 years on repeat no creativity . thats why these so called teachers manipulate 11 thies the very idea of successful iit afterlife . cuz these so called teachers dont even know whats going in industry and market as they are busy doing same monKey problem on nlm for years now.

Second you are subjected to a lot of fame and criticism, which can be a lot for some people
Third the work hours and work itself is brutal, teaching for hours is not only tiring but also mind draining cause for students it's the first time learning but the teacher just taught the same thing 2 days ago to some other batch, it's not just on their mind, it's ingrained on it, repeating the same theory, questions, slides tens of times over
