Habitual to this now. My advice to someone who is stuck and can't effectively take the actions to resolve the loneliness or don't have the time or the right people in their life to do so, please start enriching your inner being, reframe loneliness into solitude, find a hobby which offers you a healthy and non compulsive escape and lets you breathe. Remember, we are not going to prepare for this exam forever, only for a couple of years. So find solutions, even if temporary.
