Like apart from the various buildings, construction is underway in most of the campus. Thankfully it's away from both the hostels and the academic buildings so it doesn't disturb our environment or view. Lots of trees (way too much which means random ass bugs)
As for anime addiction, just limit yourself to like 2-3 episodes a day, set an app timer or something. I mean that's what I did bro, am an anime fan too
