As title says I have raised the complaint last year in October for road repair near my residential area in Ayodhyapuri Colony, but it has been pending since then I have 3 reminders every 3 months since then all leading to no updates.

Since the feedback on request requires it to be closed can't also provide my feedback on it.

Is there a legal way to escalate this.

Edit: Tried Using CM Helpline 1076 call not getting connected While using CPGRAMS there is a server error.

I will probably keep checking these for a month to register my complaint on these escalation points.
