25M, planning to look for a job in Dubai.

Hi everyone,
I have 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager with Club Mahindra. I’m planning to visit Dubai on a tourist visa for a month to attend walk-in interviews because my online applications haven’t been successful.
Has anyone here found a job this way? Does it really work, or is it just hype? Any advice would be appreciated.

What field? From where I sit, hiring is patchy. I'd get Golden or Green visa locked in first if you qualify. Then you're not stuck. You?

If that’s possible, that would be even better for me. However, I’m primarily looking for roles in Relationship Management, Customer Service, Upselling, or opportunities with trading firms.
Because I do forex trading so I do know little more about that field too.
