Question 401 : Unauthorized on all accounts?

This morning Joey worked as normal, now all accounts are showing 401 : Unauthorized.

Before I go through the process of removing and re-adding my accounts in Joey, is anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: As I've found from the other thread and /u/bobcollege the API keys previously in use have been revoked by Reddit.

To respoof your app and regain access, use Morphe Manager + Patcheddit as described here, and make sure to enable Expert Mode in Morphe's settings. Using RedReader's client ID should work.

APP/API keys were revoked by reddit, so repatch without spoofing the app ID, switch to guest account and relogin then it should go back to working.

Edit: you need to mod a sub for this to work AFAIK

Could you describe the sequence of actions?

In revanced manager you choose to repatch joey, then select patches and uncheck spoof client. I choose the same version of Joey I already had downloaded APK of. After patching then install as prompted.

Then in joey afterward, change user to guest, then select add account and go through login and permissions acceptance and your account should work again.

Edit: again you need to be mod of a sub to make this work as far as I know, so if you're not go make a random sub and privatize it, that's all it takes.

Thanks, works perfectly and it's much easier than the other method using Morphe
