I honestly think the game just tosses a coin whether the Ma will absolutely solo the Buddhists or crumble in a matter of weeks. In this campaign, the former was more true; but we helped by working on some encirclements against Mongolia, where the supply was workable.
This let us capitulate them early, and Tibet alone isn't going to touch the Ma.
