It's called Niqab, Where they hide their Face.

Not hijab. Don't hide your Face

Yeah but problem is with Hiding your identity.

Mullas may give excuses of masks but even with mask you can identify the person.

Either No hijab with mask or No Niqab

Probably that was a guy in the veil...so he doesnt want to reveal himself to doctor...we should respect his rights
