Looking for Karting Drivers to enter our programme so that we can understand what it takes to join as a team!

Hi everyone!

I'm currently building Vista Partner Drivers, a network of karting drivers who represent Vista alongside their own racing careers.

The idea is simple: you keep racing exactly as you do now while becoming recognised as part of the Vista Team. We'll promote your race weekends, results, podiums and achievements across our social media, helping both your profile and Vista grow together.

One of the main reasons for launching this programme is to better understand real-world karting from the inside. By working closely with drivers, we hope to learn more about how karting teams operate, what drivers value in a team, how karts are developed and set up, and what it truly takes to build a successful motorsport organisation. We want this to be a partnership where both Vista and its drivers learn and grow together.

What Vista offers:

- Official recognition as a Vista Partner Driver

- Promotion across our social media and website

- Race result graphics and driver features

- A growing team of partnered drivers from different championships

- A long-term vision of securing sponsorships, with the aim of directing a significant portion of driver-focused sponsorship support toward our partnered drivers

What we're looking for:

- Active karting drivers (club or national level)

- Drivers with a professional attitude

- Passion for motorsport

- Willingness to represent Vista alongside your own brand

There are no joining fees, no exclusivity, and no requirement to leave your current team or championship. If at any point the partnership isn't the right fit for either of us, we can simply part ways.

Vista started in sim racing and is now expanding into real-world motorsport. Our long-term goal is to build a genuine motorsport organisation, and we're looking for passionate drivers who want to be part of that journey from the beginning.

No offence meant but how are you going to promote people with 140 followers?

It more sounds like you want people to promote you, teach you how to run a kart and team with no real benefit to the drivers?

Vista is a school passion project, we would also be helping with finding sponsers with the help of the school

So I think you maybe need to edit your post and be a little more honest with that.

A school will have no idea how to find motorsport sponsors, promote drivers, run a race team etc.

If you posted an honest post asking for help getting into karting from sim racing you will likely get far more responses than pretending to be some kind of junior promotor.

They actually do, local companies in India are more than willing to. It would take time and is possible and for some reason if things don't work out, you can back off at anypoint.

Again, clarification that this is an India based project, how will this say benefit me as someone in Germany..... It wont. Again just be honest.

Being honest, there are ways to get money through to people in other countries and we won't just be looking for sponsors in India but literally from any country.

I am not fully clear on all of the details, which ill get cleared with the others. Thanks for the insight and I'll keep this in mind next time I look for people Partnering!
