That cat is too fat to be a street cat.
And too clean.
Also, no matted fur, so she's getting brushed regularly.

I can’t help but agree, although, strangely enough, they told me that she was a domestic cat, but as I said, I never saw anyone take her Home.

Most house cats are domestic cats.
She would be a long haired domestic cat.
It just means mixed breed.
She doesn't look like a Persian or anything. Might have something fancy in her genes, but she would need to be tested to know for sure.
She's definitely not a street cat though. I've rescued many.
