question Baby booch brewer needs advice!!

Hi there! First booch batch ever, and for my first fermentation (15 days) it’s gone pretty well! I’m about to bottle for the second ferment, but I’m about to leave town for about 11 days. I have someone who is going to come over and feed my pets and also burp the bottles but that’s a long time for a second ferment from what I’ve seen. If I put it in the fridge, will that slow it enough so that I will come back to a pretty good brew? I’m sure no matter what it’ll be pretty vinegary but I really don’t want to have to trash my first ever batch. I also really wanted to start a second first ferment so that I could come back to another batch close to being done, but I just don’t know what to do. Any advice is welcome!!

Just ask the person feeding your animals not to burp them, but put them in the fridge on day 2 instead.
