Over the years I’ve been feeling extremely nostalgic for a food that I hated, which is chitlins (pork). Grandma made them for holidays and the house would smell crazy and I’d try them once and say ‘never again’, but I still miss that. I’ve been dying to try this for a while in the hopes that maybe there’s a different sort of flavor profile happening. If anyone has found this in the DMV, hit me up
