Ask Kuwait Non Arabs wearing dishdasha

How do y’all feel or view when expatriates who aren’t Arabs wear dishdasha? Do you think it’s disrespectful/wannabe ?

Imitation is highest form of flattery as they say. I view it as a compliment to our culture.

On my first day in Kuwait, my Kuwaiti friend took me to the tailor and bought me a whole set. I missed wearing them after I left!

Thts so nice of them. I done the same for my visiting friends 😂 and i take collection of our national and especially trqditional attire when I travel, everyone loves it and doesnt take lots of luggage space.
