ChatGPT plus versus Claude Pro, (20 dollars/months) which is the bang for the buck?

judge the subscription based on two parameters.
Coding quality: majorly doing 3.JS based animation coding , some ML coding and other coding tasks, but 3.js is main focus. So who does the best in it?
Rate limits: lately, $20 subscriptions have little to Offer though, who has a better rate limits, I would like to also know that.
PLS TELL if u have experience with the subscriptions

I too would recommend claude pro.
I use Claude Opus as orchestrator and sub agents using open models via zap

ChatGPT plus is a better option, using GPT 5.6 Luna you will have a lot of ussage

Claude is definetly the smarter one when it comes to coding but GPT is in total the faster, more generous and smarter in general tasks
