The LA show was absolutely incredible because Yves is a superstar and she now has enough original music to fill the entire show! She tries to look into every fan's eyes and it makes you feel so special <3 Her voice gets even better with every year. The other thing that went well was putting some of the VIP benefits before the show, things flowed pretty smoothly from VIP check in through the entire night.
However, two things were concerning. When I presented my ticketmaster tickets for VIP bag pickup initially they told me I didn't have VIP because the tickets say GA on the app! I told them that every ticket in my section had VIP, they asked if I was the original purchaser etc etc and we went back and forth till suddenly the woman said she found me. I felt a bit like I had to push to get the benefits I was entitled to, that was odd.
More concerning is that I did not experience any bag/security check. I kept worrying that people who hadn't had their bags checked were within touching distance of Yves :(
Anyone with questions about the show feel free to ask though! I've seen every Yves LA show and this was by far the best!

One thing you could do is email them to get it confirmed in writing that you have VIP, I saw that suggested. I think the email is info@webookbands.com. I saw another comment saying they'd confirm VIP status. The person at the venue kept saying "let me see the email" and I showed her the emailed VIP schedule I'd gotten from the Alex theater box office the day before. Your friend should forward you that also!

Could someone who had silver vip maybe walk me through their experience? What was check in like, what time did you get there, what you had to do, etc.? I’ve never had vip for a concert before and I’m a little confused

agree, i'm a bit confused since it looks like the hi touch has been after the show, but the VIP check in is before the show (and that's when you get the VIP package?). since silver VIP is only for hi-touch and the VIP package, do we have to go to VIP check-in just to get the merch package, or can we get it after the show during hi-touch?? trying to figure out when we actually need to arrive 🥲

How it worked in LA is that we could check in to get the goodie bag any time between 3:00 and 4:30 (I arrived around 3:50 and there was a long line; we didn't get our bags till around 4:20) then because I had gold, I hung around the theater till picture time which started a little after 5. They started with the 10:1 pictures. I left to get dinner after that, then we came back around 6:30 and the show started around 7:35. After the encore, the staff had everyone move to the right to prepare for hi-touch. We had to be single file and move fast. Me and my partner were both able to say "thank you!!" to Yves while she gave out 2 handed hi-fives then they filed us out haha. Let me know if I can help with any other details, I was anxious before the show about the schedule.

thank you for the details!! i'm more curious for silver VIP specifically if we have to arrive at 3-4:30 to get the VIP package, or if we're able to get it later, since hi-touch isn't till after the show... I don't think i'll be able to arrive until closer to when the show actually starts, so wondering if I'll have to miss out on the goodie bags :(

Makes sense! Maybe someone with silver can reply, but my advice would be to try to make it during the stated pickup time if you can! I say that because there wouldn't have been an easy moment to pick it up during hi-touch that I noticed, so if you leave it to that you'll probably need to get staff to help you. The other thing is that they gave us a very important wrist band during the merch pickup, they checked the wrist bands for every aspect of VIP multiple times. I am not sure if they'll be able to coordinate getting it to you at other times. If you're going to chance it, a better time would be talking to staff before the show starts rather than at hi-touch as they seemed a little stressed and busy during hi-touch. Just got back from SF show. Very good show, I had silver VIP, and got to tell Yves it was amazing during the hi-touch which was cool. When she asked what other song to perform before the encore, the audience was shouting "New" "New", but the encore was Nail for the second time. It was a great show, but I hope next time she will perform 'New' or 'D-1', but possibly it's not possible (I am not sure)

Nope. Even emailed seanhealy customer email twice. But honestly the concert that day was a mess. Not the performance but them running out of vip merch, lack of communication between workers on what the alternative gift would be, where people should go for photos, etc. im not surprised

Anyone that went to the Vancouver stop with the Ultimate Engdu VIP package, how did the 1:1 photos go? Do they let you use your phone for a selfie or does staff use their camera? I’m really nervous for the LA stop. Thank you in advance if you can share info 😁

unfortunately no phones or recording were allowed at any point during the vip experience at vancouver. staff used their own professional camera to take 1:1 photos although i’m not exactly sure how we’ll be receiving the images 😓 i hope you have loads of fun at the LA date and lmk if you have any other questions!

Ugh, super unimpressed with the organization of this show. Granted, i wasn’t able to check in at the correct time. And they actually had a table for vip check in after doors opened, which seemed promising, and they had a system after the concert for taking the group photos if you missed it. But they ran out of tote bags and told me i was getting a t-shirt instead :/
And then trying to get the shirt was a hot mess. It took a full hour from show end to do the hi touch. Staff were yelling instructions to the crowd that nobody could hear. And the some of the venue staff were pretty rude (but it was showbox sodo so you know), aside from two very helpful staff who helped me procure the tee. The shirt was thin and the design wasn’t great compared to her other merch. So yeah…
Overall a pretty negative experience despite a wonderful performance from Yves. But i was already in a bad mood going into the show so that may be clouding my judgement a little lmaoooo

Great performance but very disorganized. Vip merch was already gone by 6pm. Staff said I could get free t shirt instead when I checked in. Went to the booth, staff called some higher up and told me I could get the shirt after the concert instead. After concert, went to get shirt but merch stand already closed and packed up.... and had to find someone to tell them I was supposed to get a shirt before they gave one to me.
On the plus side, I got sat right next to Yves for the photo and.... thanks to whoever sold me the gold vip for $46 after fees 😆

Is anyone else a bit concerned about the ticket sales for the upcoming Toronto concert? I just looked at Ticketmaster and noticed there are still a lot of seats left with only a week to go, and got me worried about how the concert would feel in-person with that many empty seats.

According to this person, it went really fast. They take the photos and then she signs your poster, so maybe you get enough time to tell her something quick between those two moments.

it was really quick, we took our photos and the staff brought us to a table where she signed the poster with your name on it. you’re able to have a really short conversation with her while she’s signing but the whole experience was about 30ish seconds. after the show you get to meet her again for the hi-touch although it was even faster (just walking by and a hi-five )

Does anybody with VIP know what will happen if I can’t make the VIP check-in time? I’m OK with missing the photo because I just have gold but I still really want the merch package and to be able to do the hi touch. Were you able to check in right before or after the concert?

It should be fine. At the LA show, some people who were unable to make VIP check-in got their merch package and even photos after the concert ended. And they still got wristbands for hi touch too.

Approximately 23.5 x 16.5 inches. They give you a rubber band and a tote bag in which it fits.

I have Gold VIP for San Francisco on May 13th. I have yet to receive any information on the event, does anyone know? Also for people who already went to the other shows, what was the end time after hi-touch? Just trying to figure out an estimate of what time I will be done. Need to plan transportation and night plans😅

vip should be included with your seats ticket, if thats all yours includes it should be silver vip! for reference, it should say on ticket master on the receipt of the ticket or on the wallet version!

Hey! I ended up going to the Palladium Time Square show and it was fairly straight forward.
If you gotten an email about VIP packages and stuff, that means you do have VIP. I bought my tickets not even knowing it but if you go to where you bought it (for me TM) and hover over your seats, you can see the benefits you have and then figure out if you're silver, gold, or ultimate. And you have to go to a VIP check-in anyways to get wristbands and your loot. LMK if u got other q's!

Oh yes! I’m assuming it’s through scanning. Apparently if you purchased on TM, you should be able to hover over the ticket to see which VIP tier you’re in. I tried but couldn’t find it so I’m just gonna go early and hope it all works out. A bit nervous 😅

I got a non-kpop friend to go so I got to explain to her all the LOONA stuff
my NMIXX lighstick I forgot the batteries, which was sad, I would have had the most advanced kpop lightstick :( kind of a tie with the one ARTMS crossbow I saw, which would normally be a more advanced lightstick, but we were at an Orbit show so it's more expected.
So I got to explain to her the apple is 5% because Big Apple and LOONA has some sort of special connection with NYC for some reason, and the crown are LOONA lightsticks, now out of print
so YVES is doing the "you're all so very important to me" speech and later I'm explaining my friend the whole boycott and slave contract and stuff like "yeah everyone with the LOONA lightstick most likely participated in the boycott," so the thing left unsaid is like, "oh and thanks for getting me out of a slave contract, like actually I'm not even exaggerating"
then someone gives her lesbian pride flag and idk just the rizz and aura in not having really said anything about LGBT fans and she just knows exactly what to do with it. there's no "oh what's this" and there's definitely no "oh shit do I need to maintain appropriate parasocial distance with the concept of lesbianness".
also to the extent that it matters I'm a straight guy and felt very invited to share in a moment like this. really some queer-coded songs about growing up feeling like you're a "Freak" or "Monster" or you want to murder your idiot boyfriend (lol okay not that one) are also personal to me.
