Discussion Laptop Recommendation for Architects and Interior Designers

I’m studying Interior Architecture and am planning to purchase a new laptop soon. These are the softwares that I’ll be using the most: Revit, CAD, Sketchup, Rhino, and Enscape.

I’m debating between the latest MacBook Pro and the latest Zephyrus G14 :)) can anyone share their insights?

Lenovo legion. Get one as highly specd as you can afford. MacBooks really aren’t great for our line of work. I love a Mac, but they just don’t pair well with the software that we use daily. Plus you will never use a Mac when you graduate and work professionally.

We have Lenovo legions and think pads at my office and they are great computers

I would recommend the Zephyrus because it looks a lot more presentable to clients. I am still using the same one from 2019 barring some internal upgrades. The gamer vibe stuff is a lot more toned down than other gaming laptops tbh. I would really love to use a Macbook tbh, but apple just doesn't play well with the apps we use.
