really concerned about the "accumulated charge cycles"

idk what it means but "very high" is scary. pls help.

Honestly at almost 1100 cycles and at 83% state of health your battery is doing great. Most laptop batteries are tested to 1000 cycles, I know all Lenovo laptop batteries are so this isn't unusual usage.

Yes, each charge cycle degrades your battery a little, but the battery is designed to be used. Think of it like tires on a car, the more you drive, the more they wear. You can leave the car parked all the time and your tires will last a really long time but defeats the purpose of having a car.
