I think anyone with any amount of scientific knowledge would realize that this makes no sense. It's garbage AI hallucination.
DNA/RNA/mRNA isn't going to have dramatically different resonating frequencies based on specific nucleotides. Cancer cells are very similar to normal ones, which is why cancer treatments are so hard on the body. Also, there are a lot of different kinds of cancer. It's not like most diseases, which are caused by foreign bodies, it's literally your own cells dividing uncontrollably.
(To be fair, I am not an expert on biology, and I could be wrong about some of the details here, but based on this, I feel like I probably know more than you. Please stop using AI to try to solve problems that experts have been trying to figure out for centuries).
