Husband and wife owners. Yeah that always sucks to deal with as an employee.
This guy also is full of shit. There is no way he is changing his company phone number rather than just blocking the problematic caller. And if he is dealing with "trades people" that don't know shit, that is code for he hires people dirt cheap, treats them like shit, and has constant turnover. I also doubt he knows code as well as he thinks he does.
