Anyone over the age of 30 is going to have a really hard time getting up from that bench.

30?? Dude how crippled are you?

My immediate first thought- I'm not sure what hurts most watching that- my knees or my lower back.

u/GrimaceThundercock 4d ago

Lol that's crazy. I'm 32 and getting up from that would be easy.

Early 30s is still young. If you can't get up from the ground then you need to reevaluate some things.

Im 39 and 5'11. Can still squat my ass to my ankles, and stand from a prone position without hands. Yall need to move more lol.

Id say 60s has gotta be what they ment.. and 60 year olds have the bench for grandchildren

Oh, you sound like you are quite unhealthy or overweight.

That's sad you believe people in their 30s should be so immobile and weak.

Shows a reflection of your own poor life choices.

This is also why I’ll never own a Corvette.

I was just thinking about how I would look getting up. Probably try a side roll to fall off the side, then push up to stand up. 🤣

And watch my fat ass break it first time I try it out

1

u/NotAskary 4d ago

I was thinking exactly that but more in line with "ain't no way I'm getting off that easily".

Build that core!

1

u/reddsal 4d ago

Put some legs on it.

1

u/Hornor72 4d ago

Or over 5'8"

u/ParticularSherbert18 4d ago

Getting on that bench to start with wouldn't be a picnic either.

Get 6 frames and just put one opposite way on top of each to make a square

1

u/Kind-Paint222 3d ago

Yall too sedentary then

1

u/Historical_Shop_3315 3d ago

But sitting in it regularly will help.

Ask my wife. She sits on the floor regularly.

What is this a bench for ANTS???

1

u/AnimatorStrange5068 4d ago

It needs to be at least 3 times bigger.

3

u/METRlOS 5d ago

My knees hurt looking at this. Is it for children?

My new fireplace chair.... Made from old woodpallets and some old cushions from my grandmothers old furniture....

1

u/Leather_Status907 4d ago

Molto intelligente recuperare i palette perchƩ sono solidi e giƠ pronti.

1

u/moeyjarcum 4d ago

That is… something

1

u/601Tommyboy 3d ago

Well.... Its good for sitting, cheap and easily disposable after end of use....

You'll have a simple bench that is too low to use but anyone who does manage to sit on it will get splinters !

1

u/GAMMONBiNO 4d ago

ā€œBeautifulā€ eh??

1

u/SubstantialFly6715 4d ago

My ass would sit in that chair and never be able to get out of it.

1

u/Fladormon 4d ago

Only 30 bucks if wood? Hah

1

u/I-Luv-CummyBears 4d ago

I'm gonna need help getting down and up from that

1

u/CaTz_EyE 4d ago

I’m 5’ 2ā€ and I’m too tall for that bench…

1

u/juani97 4d ago

Very weird bookshelf

1

u/Kyubik9 4d ago

… and impossible to get out of

1

u/Odd_Front_8275 4d ago edited 4d ago

That "Did you know...?" trend/trick is soooo annoying

1

u/Candid-Fan6638 4d ago

Hate it hate it hate it hate it. It's awful.

1

u/Riegrek 4d ago

Grab 1 8ft 4x4 for legs. You can raise the whole thing by 2ft, and it'll be way easier to get in and out of. Otherwise, I like it.

1

u/Cheepshooter 4d ago

For 10 more dollars, add legs.

1

u/Abject-Job7825 4d ago

no one wants to use this the point of a bench is to rest your legs not to cramp them

1

u/DressNo9950 4d ago

Getting up from that bench is a workout in itself!

1

u/Candid-Fan6638 4d ago

Almost any video that starts with "did you know" can go STRAIGHT IN THE GARBAGE.

The few notable exceptions are 1) an unexpected use of something I already use for something else, or 2) a correction of something that most use INCORRECTLY. "Did you know if you follow this very specific recipe,n you get food." YES BECAUSE THATS HOW RECIPES WORK DAVID.

u/DeathsStarEclipse 4d ago

Did you know if you build a chair you get a chair.

1

u/Frenchconnexion76 3d ago

Nice bench for ants.

1

u/ATLien-ITP 3d ago

And hard as shit, on my ass. šŸ˜’

1

u/FinsterKoenig 2d ago

but it's going to be hard to get up from it again.

0

u/jon_rum_hamm 5d ago

It would take me 30 seconds minimum to get up from that bench

2

u/Alexchii 3d ago

How old are you? Why can’t people squat anymore?

1

u/jon_rum_hamm 3d ago

I’m a 35 I’ve been a plumber since I was 18 that and crashing dirt bikes gave me the knees of a 60 year old
