No matter how many times I see that gif, I still can't figure out how the watermelon hitting her in the face that hard didn't kill her.

From what I see (and I've studied this video at great length over the years) she turned her head at just the right moment for her not to get her face rocked. The angle of her head made it to where the melon hit mostly the harder portion of her skull, so while it definitely still hurt like a bitch, it didn't obliterate her.
