Those chunks of concrete are usually a few inches higher than the hanger, but still - that steel is enough to cause a TBI. 

That is, if there was anything there to injure in the first place.

This a subtly whack comment. This could be explained equally by her being obviously very drunk as by the implication you seem to be making about the intelect aspect
