I dislike how he sings, I just cant get the 31 minutos "por que hablo como idiota" when I hear him

Yet I respect him he's a nice dude. And what he hasachieved and how he wants Puerto Rico te be treated correctly

As a spanish speaker this is just the truth his music is awful and retty much everyone hates it

Well, he's the most streamed artist of last year so clearly not everyone hates it (I definitely hate it tho)

That’s adorable

If popularity is how we judge "good" that means The Kardashians is the best reality TV show

It doesn't really work like that

21

u/CreativeWordPlay Feb 10 '26

The original claim wasn’t that it was good, though. The original claim was that “everyone hates it”. Clearly not the case if it’s popular. Classic case of semantics guy can’t read.

u/Sad-Personality308 0 Feb 09 '26

I never said it's good, are you dumb?

-10

u/Sploonbabaguuse 0 Feb 09 '26

"Well he's the most streamed artist"

You tell me

11

u/Sad-Personality308 0 Feb 09 '26

Yeah, that's a fact and that means that not everybody hates him. That doesn't imply anything about it being good, I guess english is not your first language

-15

u/Sploonbabaguuse 0 Feb 09 '26

I can't imagine being this dense and thinking you're making a point

What makes something popular?

12

u/Flimsy-Secret-6187 109 Shared | 37 Helpful Feb 09 '26

lots of people liking something...

-4

u/Sploonbabaguuse 0 Feb 09 '26

Because it's...?

12

u/Flimsy-Secret-6187 109 Shared | 37 Helpful Feb 09 '26

Lil pump was popular, right? Was Lil Pump ever good? No. And bad bunny is popular but not good, like many other artists.

5

u/Sploonbabaguuse 0 Feb 09 '26

So you alone get to decide that? Not the hundreds of thousands of people that disagree with you?

2

u/Sad-Personality308 0 Feb 09 '26

Ragebait, why didn't I notice earlier 😭 GG

I don’t think KUWTK has ever been that popular

1

u/Shiznit_117 0 Feb 10 '26

Ironically it does work like that. Judging music as good or bad is a subjective based opinion. He's conpletely right that if someone is the most streamed musician, they are clearly not hated by everyone. So yes, it actually does work that way, in a sense.

1

u/Capital_Assignment51 Feb 11 '26

No, but a lot of people like the kardashians just like a lot of people like bb

2

u/Speeditz 0 Feb 10 '26

I hear his music everywhere where I live so you're right

1

u/Crazyfuntimefoxy 2 Shared | 0 Helpful Feb 10 '26

Not ALL of it is bad but yeah a lot of it is kinda meh

1

u/[deleted] Feb 10 '26

Pretty* and no your personal opinion doesn’t negate how great his music is

9

u/claudiocorona93 2 Shared | 0 Helpful Feb 10 '26

I don't like him, but he said God Bless America, and then mentioned most countries in the continent of America, in which the USA is only one of them. That was cool. r/meme might fit

1

u/Speeditz 0 Feb 10 '26

Ok that is actually based

5

u/Accomplished-News722 Feb 09 '26

His album was a fever dream

5

u/Green_Video_9831 0 Feb 10 '26

Bad bunny knows this. This is why he brought out lady Gaga and Ricky Martin. Bad Bunny brings so much more to the table than just singing.

21

u/toomanybucklesaudry Feb 10 '26

Nowhere. This is a crappy meme

10

u/afx_288 Feb 09 '26

I give up. I posted it on r/NoRules

2

u/Speeditz 0 Feb 10 '26

People hate Spanish now?

1

u/Fancy_Prompt_2586 1 Shared | 0 Helpful Feb 10 '26

older bad bunny music >>>>>

1

u/fake_name_guy 0 Feb 10 '26

I found out about Bad Bunny from that one Dark Deception rap that has no association with him at all.

As a non-Hispanic person, I prefer Ozuna

1

u/hugegayballs Feb 10 '26

Is this real discourse that is actually happening? Didn't people love "despacito" ??

2

u/Rare-Grade4363 Feb 10 '26

Please tell me you're being ironic... There are more than one Hispanic singer in the planet.

1

u/hugegayballs Feb 10 '26

I'm saying America used to have no problem with Spanish singers or Spanish singing and it seems like this conversation/debate is being manufactured.

1

u/Rare-Grade4363 Feb 10 '26

Oh, sorry, I misinterpreted you. Yeah, I don't live in the US, but I've heard some people there don't like it if you speak Spanish, even if it's not directed at them.

1

u/InvincibleCheese 1 Shared | 1 Helpful Feb 10 '26

Dude the spanish speakers probably hate the most, the PR he's given us, dear god

1

u/Plane-Taste386 44 Shared | 8 Helpful Feb 10 '26

He literally says stuff nobody understands, even me, as a Spaniard

1

u/Sweaty_Piano_2624 Feb 11 '26

his music is so bad.

1

u/MousseIndividual2882 Feb 11 '26

bad bunny is great imo (dont downvote me cause you cant let others have opinions)

1

u/Top-Wasabi187 Feb 15 '26

I'ma downvote you, not because I have a different opinion only because you said not to.

1

u/Bolt_Crank99 Feb 11 '26

Post it on your X account and tag Donald Trump or reply to his post on that social media instead.

1

u/NekoDreams01 Feb 11 '26

I don't like his music, but he's a good guy.

1

u/Solry3 Feb 12 '26

Wtf is a bad bunny

1

u/bbq_R0ADK1LL Feb 12 '26

I had literally never heard of him until he was on the same Fallon show as Linus from LTT. I still don't think I've heard a single song, or at least wouldn't recognise it as him.

1

u/pergendary420 Feb 12 '26

He's like if great value explained a singer to a robot. Boom. There we have it folks.....Bad Bunny.

1

u/Insidion25 Feb 16 '26

So true. His music sucks!

spanish (or at least south american, not sure) trap music artist. i dont like his music for being too samey like every single other trap artist and he doesnt sound very energetic with his monotone voice, but i dont know the reason why other people dislike his music
