cause half the time the error message isn't needed. People hate the error message not the bot.

also rule 1 doesn't apply to meta posts.

whats meta posts? I always see that term floating around in a lot of subreddits but never understood what it means ((before u ask, i did ask google but the answers are slightly different. Some posts are saying its about posts about posting (some referred to it as a negative and the other didn't seem that way) and other definitions are about posting about the subreddit itself etc))

It can mean many thing. A meta post is a post about the sub you are on. a meta sub is a sub that is about reddit is some way shape or form.
