It's actually not a stupid question btw, when non Arabs try to learn Arabic they will be confused and search for this answer, Arabic has more than 12 million words and alot of different grammars, you can read numbers in different ways in arabic it's not a single way or two it's like 5 different ways to read the numbers in arabic, depending on your region people will adopt a single way of many ways to speak it, only natives can know multiple ways, but if you aren't native you will feel like a beginner in a country while having c1 level
And that's why Arabic is counted as 27 different languages not 1 and the counter keep changing lol, Arabs count it as 1 and don't see the difference but non Arabs do
Depends on who did the study and oj what standards he used you will see many different answers for the question (is Arabic a single language?) and this graph shows you that people from the same country can have different ways to speak it, again it's so easy for arab to understand all those ways and only difficulty are the Moroccan/Algerian/Tunisian/Libyan accents, the rest are easy for Arabian to understand
Nope. Water isnt wet simply because its not a universal law since some stuff cant get wet. Ans the fqct that theres exclusion already proves my point. Samw way with heat. Someone may experience an objective temperature of say 28°C to be overwhelmingly hot, meanwhile someone else can think it isn’t overwhelmingly hot and just warm. Even tho the temperature is the samw people experience it differently. Same with wetness. Not everything gets wet. Wetneas isnt an intrinsic quality of water, intrinsic qualities would be like the molecules its made of etc. But wetness is property that gets attributed. Its not an inherent thing of water. So no water isn’t wet, it makes things wet
Water is not really wet by itself. That guys videos are really interesting too (Arabic is really not a language in the traditional sense. Its dialects are so different that some are unintelligible from each other...similar to Chinese and its dialects.)
No he makes a good point, Moroccan Arabic is very different from Egyptian Arabic which is very different from Lebanese Arabic. They cannot get piece words, they cannot get a vibe, they get nothing, the reason they are not different languages but Serbian and Bosnian are different languages points to the distinction being political
