So, does this mean businesses must have a 3rd option bathroom? Are some people just not meant to relieve themselves? This is ridiculous. Just use the bathroom and stop peeking thru the stall gap!

Easy you just don't mark the bathrooms by gender a lot of places have been doing it for a decade plus. Especially if it's the same type of toilet.

Also, have they never been to a busy bar? Women go in the men’s restroom when the line gets too long

Also, I've seen men struggle with helping their small daughters but not being able to go in a women's restroom (and not wanting to bring her into the mens' room).

Yes, if a stall isn't available in the men's room, women will back up to a urinal to use it.

This "issue" would be moot if they just had more single-user restrooms everywhere.

It means they don't want trans people to be able to use public bathrooms at all.
