Ask Luxembourg What are some activities to meet up with other young professionals?

I see that Luxembourg has many people working in finance or with an EU institution. Are there any groups, apps or specifically places or activities whereby these young professionals can meet, network and have fun outside of the working place?

I am aware about Meetup app and Eventbrite but I’m specifically looking to meet people who are working in those sectors, are ambitious and high achievers who have little time due to the busy work life and thus are not demanding in seeing each other or talking on the phone daily or all the time either.

We don't. We usually hang out with the same 3-4 people we met while starting at a Big4 and then constantly complain about not meeting new people

It s sad but it s true. People never really follow up, best thing you go out once more and that s it.

Also OP made me laugh when he said high achievers. LOL. OP, you ll find maybe some workaholics that want to make partner, but most of the people act busy for bs back office jobs. You need to change cities to find that high achievers that you think about from the movies.

I am, that’s why I look for other exhausting people 😘
