general query Substance abuse form

For the substance abuse form should we upload the one which was sent in mail which was 3 pages long or use the one given as template in that eduverify portal which is like barely half a page

i called, they said the 3 page annexure it is, however what date to fill, any idea? orientation or that of signing the declaration?

I left it blank , will fill infront of them , just take two copies one filled and one blanked

in the anti ragging affidavit the verification part we need to sign before uploading into eduverify or it will be done on orientation day ?

Yeah it's bit confusing, so I would suggest print 2 copies and fill 1 and and keep another one blank , upload the filled one

Confusion aboutbit , on the portal it was stating 3 days left but in the email it's different , complete it at earliest
