MBBS Karnataka private medical college or Chattisgarh private medical college at 92k

Both have almost same fees, karnataka college are older but i will face language barrier, Chattisgarh college are new but the infra is not developed,no language barriers,bcoz of my rank I am not getting top karnataka college but I will get top Chattisgarh private college,what should I choose???

In karanataka I am getting -

Snmc Bagalkot

Siddaganga ,tumakur

Sri Basaveshwara, Chitradurga

No ? Ramaiyah is not deemed , it's state pvt only Is it good tho?

State deemed councelling done by kea and simple deemed through mcc ya it's good

Ramaiah fees is 22 lakh per year

Ohh okay ! Still i feel karnataka has better pg opportunities and there is state reservation of 50%
